These plain terms cover your use of Ritual Buff, whether you use it in a web browser at ritualbuff.com or as the iOS app. By using it, you agree to what follows.

What Ritual Buff is

Ritual Buff is a ritual generator: it produces short, fixed sequences of actions you choose to perform in real life. It is not a wellness, medical, therapeutic, or mental-health product, and it does not diagnose, treat, or promise any outcome. Use your own judgment; it is a tool for structuring a moment, nothing more.

No account, no fee

Ritual Buff is currently free and requires no account. If we introduce paid features or accounts in the future, we will present the terms and price for those features clearly before you opt in, and using the existing free features will not require payment retroactively.

Acceptable use

Use Ritual Buff lawfully and for personal use. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for redistribution, resell, or misrepresent the service, and do not use it in any way that could harm yourself or others. The rituals are suggestions performed at your own discretion and risk.

Your content

Any text you type (such as your intent for a ritual) and any share cards you create stay on your device and under your control; see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for anything you choose to share using your device's share sheet.

Intellectual property

The Ritual Buff name, visual design, sigils, written rituals, and software are owned by the operator and provided to you under a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service as intended. You may share the app's generated share cards; you may not copy the app's content or artwork for your own products.

As-is; no warranty

Ritual Buff is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Ritual Buff. Because the app collects no data and holds no funds, your use is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, the “Effective” date above will change. Material changes — especially any that introduce accounts, data collection, or payment — will be reflected here before the relevant version ships.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
